If you are uninsured or underinsured, or need just a referral to a doctor or dentist, call our Affordable Health Line. Depending on your income and household size, we can help you qualify for Child Health Plus, Family Health Plus, Medicaid, Healthy New York, EPIC, or RPCN's Health Plan. Don't presume that your income is too high. If you are not eligible for any of these plans, we will help you identify other health insurance options to meet your needs. New York State Oral Health Technical Assistance Program
Provides technical and logistical assistance to communities, institutions, and professionals in New York State who are interested in building coalitions or public-private partnerships for developing innovative oral health programs that improve access and utilization of dental care to reduce oral health disparities among underserved vulnerable populations. Latino Health Fair
The Latino Health Fair is held each summer, with over 60 participating health and human service agencies. Attendees can receive screenings for diabetes, HIV, dental needs, blood pressure, chiropractic, and public safety. Over 3,500 individuals attended the Latino Health Fair on the grounds of the Rochester Coca-Cola Bottling Company in 2007. For more information, contact Israel Santana at 585-325-2280, ext. 306.
African American Health Fair

The program provides annual pneumonia and flu shots to senior citizens in the City of Rochester. It is administered by the University of Rochester Medical Center.
Well-Child Program
This program identifies city children between the ages of 0-3, and offers well-child visits and immunizations. It is administered by the University of Rochester Medical Center and has proven to be among the most successful of its kind in the nation.
Lead Prevention Program
This program assists in the continuing education of lawmakers and the general public of the need to prevent exposure of children to lead paint. The Lead Coalition has been very successful in assisting with changes in local laws, educating the general public, and assuring that children who have been exposed receive prompt health care.
