If you are uninsured or underinsured, or need just a referral to a doctor or dentist, call our Affordable Health Line. Depending on your income and household size, we can help you qualify for Child Health Plus, Family Health Plus, Medicaid, Healthy New York, EPIC, or *RPCN's Health Plan. Don't presume that your income is too high. If you are not eligible for any of these plans, we will help you identify other healthcare access options to meet your needs. New York State Oral Health Technical Assistance Program
Provides technical and logistical assistance to communities, institutions, and professionals in New York State who are interested in building coalitions or public-private partnerships for developing innovative oral health programs that improve access and utilization of dental care to reduce oral health disparities among underserved vulnerable populations.
